Write 200–250 words. Follow the required plan: introduce the problem by paraphrasing the statement; express your personal opinion and give 2–3 reasons; present an opposing opinion and give 1–2 reasons for it; explain why you disagree with the opposing opinion; conclude by restating your position.

State a clear opinion and support it with two or three relevant arguments, for example the importance of physical health, stress reduction and healthy habits.
Mention an opposing view, such as the greater importance of academic subjects for a future career.
Refute the opposing view by explaining that physical education supports concentration, well-being and the ability to study effectively.
Finish with a conclusion that restates the main position without introducing new arguments. Ensure that the total length is 200–250 words.
