Hi! I’ve chosen these two photos for our project because they show different ways of fighting stress. In the first photo, there is a smiling woman cleaning a window at home. Housework can help people stop thinking about their problems and make their homes more comfortable. However, cleaning can be tiring and rather boring. The second photo shows a woman jogging outdoors near a beautiful lake. Running is good for our health and helps us relax because physical activity reduces tension. It can also improve our mood and give us more energy. On the other hand, jogging requires effort and suitable weather. It may also be difficult or unsafe for people who have health problems. The main difference is that cleaning is a household activity, whereas running is outdoor physical exercise. Personally, I would prefer jogging because I enjoy spending time outside and staying fit. I think it is a more effective way to fight stress for me. That’s all I wanted to say about our project.
