Thanks for your email. I was glad to hear from you. I understand why you worry about your brother, but mountain biking can be safe if he wears protective equipment and follows the rules.
In my country, the most popular indoor sports among teenagers are fitness, swimming and basketball. They are convenient because sports centres are available in many towns and you can do them in any weather. Teenagers often choose extreme sports because they want to feel excited, challenge themselves and impress their friends. My favourite sport is volleyball. I enjoy playing it with my classmates because it is active and teaches us to work as a team.
