Ответ: The Games People Like
Hi, Alex! I have some ideas for our project called “The games people like”. The first photo shows a boy playing a computer game at home. He is sitting at a desk in front of a monitor and wearing a headset. The second photo shows two girls playing chess on a sofa. Unlike the first game, chess is a traditional board game and the players communicate face to face. Computer games are exciting, offer a great variety of stories and can improve reaction speed. Board games develop logical thinking and help people spend time together. However, computer games can be addictive and may cause eye strain. Board games can sometimes be too slow, and they usually require at least two players. Personally, I prefer board games because they are more social and do not make me spend so much time in front of a screen. I think both types of games are suitable for our project because they are popular for different reasons. What do you think? See you soon!

Imagine that you and your friend are doing a school project “The games people like”. You have found some photos to illustrate it but for technical reasons you cannot send them now. Leave a voice message to your friend explaining your choice of the photos and sharing some ideas about the project. In 2.5 minutes be ready to explain the choice of the illustrations for the project by briefly describing them and noting the differences; mention the advantages (1–2) of the two types of games; mention the disadvantages (1–2) of the two types of games; express your opinion on the subject of the project – which type of games you prefer and why. You will speak for not more than 3 minutes (12–15 sentences). You have to talk continuously.
