Choose ONE of the two project tasks below and write an essay of 200–250 words in English. In your answer, follow the plan given for the chosen task.
Task 1. Imagine that you are doing a project on why some Zetlanders refuse to attend music schools. Comment on the data in the table and give your opinion on the subject of the project. The opinion poll question was: “Why do you refuse to attend a music school?” Select and report 2–3 facts, make 1–2 relevant comparisons and give your comments, outline a problem that can arise with learning to play a musical instrument and suggest a solution, and conclude by giving and explaining your opinion on whether one should be able to play a musical instrument.
Task 2. Imagine that you are doing a project called “Zetland: riding a bicycle around the city”. Comment on the data in the pie chart and give your opinion on the subject of the project. The opinion poll question was: “What is the key factor for you when deciding to ride a bicycle around the city?” Select and report 2–3 facts, make 1–2 relevant comparisons and give your comments, outline a problem that one can face when riding a bike around the city and suggest a solution, and conclude by giving and explaining your opinion on whether a bicycle is a convenient means of transport.

The data for Task 1 are given in the table. The pie chart for Task 2 is not available in the supplied material; choose Task 1 if you need to comment on numerical data.
